Peter has 30 years’ experience as a property professional. He is Managing Director of PJSA Ltd, founded in 1994.
He advises private clients, institutions, charities, Local Authorities and the Crown Estate. He regularly chairs professional seminars and has been active with RICS committees and panels. He acts as an Independent or Joint Expert in various property matters including valuations, boundaries, minerals, land tenure and property related disputes and regularly trains graduates for their RICS professional qualifications.
Oliver Thompson - BA (Hons) PgDip Surv
Director - Commercial Property
Oliver joined PJSA in 2006 and is a Director and is also a Director of Continuing Professional Development firm 3CPD and Secretary of the Salt Hill Society. Oliver advises clients on a variety of matters, including rural and commercial planning, commercial agency, estate management, telecoms, renewables and rural diversification. Oliver specialises in rural commercial property and maximising property assets. Recent work includes compensation and contracts relating to M4 Smart Motorways and Heathrow Airport expansion.
Josh Mears-Smith - Bsc (Hons) MArch PG Dip RIBA
Director - Chartered Architect
Josh joined PJSA as a Chartered Architect in August 2016. He studied at the renowned Welsh School of Architecture where he produced an award winning design for his Master's Thesis and went on to achieve a Merit in his professional studies. He has 5 years’ experience in practice designing and building projects from one-off residential homes to £30 million large scale leisure developments.
Emrys Williams - BSc (Hons) MSc MRICS
Director - Chartered Surveyor
Emrys takes on key roles within PJSA's professional team. He joined PJSA in June 2015 with a Masters degree in Rural Estate Management and an Undergraduate degree in Agriculture from the Royal Agricultural University, Cirencester. He has a passion for rural planning and has experience in planning appeals and advising clients on the sale and letting of land and property.
Jen joined in September 2016 and helps the whole team with a variety of jobs around the office including advertising, marketing, sales and lettings, drawings and general administration.
Christine helps out with our day-to-day adminstration and aids in the production of porfessional documents.
Lead Office Support
Rachel leads our team of support staff and ensures the administrative side of the business runs smoothly and efficiently. This involves general administration, office accounts, production of reports, and office management.
