This typical English woodland is accessed via 750 metres of private tarmac single track. The wood entrance gate secures the site. There are no footpaths or public access.
The trees are mainly Silver Birch and Rhododendron.
The eastern boundary is a ditch with more woodland beyond. The western boundary is the track (covered is woodland leaves etc) more woodland to the west. The other boundaries are high chain-link fences.
This is a very private, secluded parcel of land.
